This project is an eye disease rehabilitation consortium project of Daqing High-tech Zone. The total area is 47,048.03 square meters, of which the above-ground part is 36,956.84 square meters, the underground part is 10,091.19 square meters, and the underground foundation is 7.75 meters deep. The waterproof construction of the project adopts self-adhesive waterproof membrane. Construction will start in 2020, with a waterproof construction area of 100,000 square meters.
